As the successor to the first tactile multifunctional watch in history - the T-Touch, launched by Tissot in 1999 - the current T-Touch Connect Solar is a symbol of the brand philosophy: Innovators by Tradition.

The 47 millimeter Tissot T-Touch Connect Solar is light, hypoallergenic and robust thanks to a titanium case with a ceramic bezel. It is operated via the tactile, scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, an electronic crown and 2 pushers. The connection to the smartphone is via Bluetooth and with the Tissot T-Touch Connect Solar app, which is available in the App Store, Google Play and the Huawei App Gallery. This connectivity allows incoming calls and all desired notifications to be displayed on the energy-saving memory-in pixel display. Regular updates provide scope for successive expansion of the range of functions.

Designed to be very deliberately hybrid, Tissot's innovation retains most of its functionality even without a connection to the smartphone. These include, among other things: activity tracker (pedometer, distance traveled, calorie consumption), compass, barometer, temperature display, altitude and altitude difference meter, second time zone, perpetual calendar, countdown as well as various stop and alarm functions.

Powered by sunlight, the Tissot T-Touch Connect Solar's running time in offline mode is virtually unlimited. In connected mode, it achieves at least 6 months of autonomy, depending on the wearer's usage behavior and sunlight. It relies on state-of-the-art solar cells integrated into the dial to provide its battery with long-term energy, largely independent of stationary charging.

The “Sw-ALPS” operating system, specially developed in Switzerland, ensures compatibility with iOS, Android and Harmony OS from Huawei. A total of 35 patents were registered as part of the conception of this watch.

The Tissot T-Touch Connect Solar is available in various finishes such as satin titanium, titanium with black PVD coating or titanium with rose gold PVD coating, as well as with a titanium, rubber or silicone strap.

This version of the Tissot T-Touch Connect Solar features a non-magnetic titanium case with a black ceramic bezel with luminescent compass rose markings. Striking hour and minute hands with SuperLuminova® luminous coating stand out clearly from the black dial and guarantee the best readability. The solid titanium bracelet has a folding clasp with pushers.
