Yes, we offer free resizing for unengraved rings. The following fees apply for ring changes for personalized items: For silver rings we charge 30 euros per ring and for gold and platinum rings we charge 50 euros per ring.

For returns within Germany, we provide you with a returns slip. To obtain this, please contact our customer service by phone or email at service@gioro.de . For your inquiry we need your order number and delivery address. Customers from Austria or other countries are required to return the items at their own expense.

No, engraved items count as individualized items and cannot be exchanged. However, if you have any problems with your engraved item, we are happy to help you and will definitely find a satisfactory solution.
No, wedding rings that have been configured according to individual wishes are considered tailor-made items and are therefore non-returnable. It is also not possible for us to resell these uniquely made rings. However, if you experience any problems with your configured wedding rings, please contact us. We always strive to find a satisfactory solution together with you.

Yes, that is completely normal. In everyday life, rings come into contact with various surfaces, which can lead to minor scratches. These marks tell the story of your ring and make it unique. To protect your ring, you can remove it during labor-intensive activities.
It is normal for the matte finish on a ring to wear down over time through daily use and contact with different materials. To restore your ring to its original shine, we offer you two options:
- Directly to us: Simply send your ring back to us and our team will take care of a professional refinishing.
- Near you: Alternatively, you can also visit a local jeweler you trust to have the matting renewed.
To protect the matting, we recommend removing the ring during work or activities that could cause wear and avoid contact with rough surfaces or chemical products. If you have any questions about returns or further details, we are happy to help you!
- 30-day return policy: In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, GIORO offers a voluntary return policy of 30 days from receipt of the goods. This right enables customers to withdraw from the purchase contract even after the 14-day statutory cancellation period by returning the goods within 30 days of receipt (the period begins on the day after receipt of the goods).
- Condition of the items: To make use of the voluntary right of return, the items must be unworn and in their original condition. It is also necessary that the items are returned in all of their original packaging.
- Exceptions to the right of return: Personalized items such as those with individual engraving or embossing, self-configured wedding rings using the GIORO wedding ring configurator and gift vouchers are excluded from this voluntary right of return.

Warranty & Repair:
If you notice a defect in your piece of jewelry purchased from GIORO or have lost a stone, follow the steps below:
- Save everything: If you notice that a stone is missing, try to find the missing stone. This is especially important when it comes to a valuable gemstone.
- Avoid further damage: Do not subject the jewelry to further stress or potential damage. It is best not to wear it until it has been repaired.
- Returning to GIORO: Send the piece of jewelry with a note containing your order number to the following address: GIORO Essener Str. 2
46282 Dorsten - Within the warranty period: If the defect occurs during the warranty period, the piece of jewelry will either be repaired or replaced with a new one at no cost to you.
- Outside the warranty period: If the defect occurs outside the warranty period, we will inspect the piece of jewelry. Before the repair, we will consult with you and prepare a cost estimate.
